• Functions of a civil court
• How to decide the jurisdiction of a civil suit
• How to arrange the plaint documents before presenting into court
• How to draft a plaint, written statement, and ancillary documents
• How to draft affidavit, legal notice
• How to draft interlocutory applications
• How to draft first, second and miscellaneous appeals
• How to draft writ petition.

Method of learning

You will be provided study material which will be divided into parts and will bw given to you one by one at the end we will have a doubts session and for final assessment you will be given assignment.
