- How to respond if someone has filed a suit against you.
- Functions of a civil court
- How to decide the jurisdiction of a civil suit
- Arrange the plaint documents before presenting into court
- DRAFTING a plaint, written statement, and ancillary documents
- draft affidavit, legal notice
- DRAFT interlocutory applications
- DRAFTING first, second and miscellaneous appeals
- How to draft writ petition.
Method of learning
You will be provided study material which will be divided into parts and will bw given to you one by one at the end we will have a doubts session and for final assessment you will be given assignment.
